The brief

We begin the process with a briefing meeting in which we clarify all the important details, including:

• where and how you want to use your video
• suitable formats (DVD, online, web, YouTube)
• preferred running time
• budget and timescales.

We have a ‘hands on’ approach to business and believe in listening to your needs. We generally do this face to face to at the outset, and then via email or phone. It’s up to us to make sure you get the guidance and information you need about the procedures and production benefits of video.
